How it works

If you ever move providers, Roll does not charge a transfer fee. A $500 data transfer fee may be assessed only by the gateway provider, per industry norms, and we say so up front.

Dual pricing, explained
Post a cash price and a card price at checkout. Members who pay with a card see the card price, which includes the service fee. Your gym keeps its cash price and removes processing cost from the books. It is not a surcharge line members have to be told about separately, and it is built into the Roll Payments billing system, so there are no extra plugins and cards on file can be charged directly from the member dashboard.
Security and compliance
Roll Payments maintains a PCI DSS compliance program and routes card data through a PCI DSS Level 1 validated gateway partner. Primary account numbers are replaced with tokens, and data is encrypted from the point of entry to the gateway.
