    The subscription is not the only thing you pay

    Software pricing pages tend to talk about the monthly fee and stay quiet about processing, which for most academies is the larger number. A school billing $30,000 a month at around 2.9% is paying roughly $870 a month to accept cards, every month, regardless of which platform sends the invoice.

    Dual pricing removes that line. You post a cash price and a card price, the card price carries a clearly labeled service fee the member pays, and your processing cost is $0 with your cash price intact.

    The fees that are not there

    Four numbers that stay at zero

    Setup fee. Onboarding, the guided setup session and the migration from your current software cost nothing.

    Per student fee. Add forty members this year and the invoice does not move.

    Percentage of revenue. We do not take a cut of memberships, retail or seminars.

    Transfer fee from Roll. If you leave we do not charge to release your data. A gateway provider may assess around $500, which is industry standard and not collected by Roll.

    Coach certification and registration screening

    Coaches screened against public records with SafeSport, mandated reporter and CPR certificates tracked to their expiry dates, and every new registration checked as part of the signup members already complete.

    Add on $25 per month per academy, plus $5 per month per certified coach. No setup fee.

    Gym management software pricing questions

    Roll Payments is $199.99 per gym per month, flat. That single fee covers member and belt management, attendance and check ins, class scheduling, digital waivers, recurring billing with our billing team doing the follow up, dual pricing payments, and a website we design and host. Across the industry, gym management software is usually tiered and priced by student count, so the figure you are quoted at signup is rarely the figure you pay a year later.

    Per gym. There are no per student or per member fees, so the price does not move as your roster grows. A second location is a second gym.

    No. There is no setup fee and no onboarding fee. The transition from your current software is free: we migrate your member roster, map your plans, move your waivers and run one guided setup session with you.

    Not with dual pricing. You post a cash price and a card price, and the card price includes a clearly labeled service fee the member pays, so the processing cost to your academy is $0 and your cash price stays intact. Card transactions are typically funded the next business day.

    No. Roll Payments is month to month, governed by simple California terms. There is no annual lock in and no early termination fee.

    Roll does not charge a transfer fee. A data transfer fee of around $500 may be assessed by the gateway provider, which is normal across the industry and is not something Roll collects.

    Included. We design, build, host and update the site, with hosting and the security certificate covered by the monthly fee. Premium extras such as additional landing pages or custom integrations are quoted separately before any work begins.

    Safe Academy 360, the coach certification and registration screening program, is an optional add on at $25 per month per academy plus $5 per month per certified coach, with no setup fee. Premium site sections, advanced analytics and custom integrations are quoted by scope. Everything else on this page is in the flat fee.

    Included. U.S. based billing and technical support comes with every account, and so does the managed billing team that contacts members about failed payments as your academy. There is no premium support tier to buy.
